Yoga Fore Golfers Many of you will know that for the last two and half years I have been a yoga convert and regularly go to Shadwell Studio. Having seen the major benefits it has given me, in conjunction with Charlotte Plowright, we have devised a specific yoga program for golfers. Starting on Tuesday, 30 April we are running a Yoga Fore Golfers class at Shadwell Studio. A six week course to include golf specific yoga poses and a personal warm up programme which will lead to: increased flexibility, improved strength, more endurance, better mobility, increased stability, better balance, improved focus and ultimately more distance and lower scores. We saw again this last week at The Masters that at 61 years old Bernhard Langer made the cut, Bernhard works out for one and a half hours every day and emphasises the importance of stretching, and the importance of stretching the hamstrings.
